Christmas in NM- Part 2

Christmas day we headed over to the west side of Albuquerque to visit with the Uncle Mike, Auntie Sarah, their boys and Grandpa and Grandma Reinert.

Allie temporarily thinks she's human and needs to
sit in a car seat with Nathaniel.
When we got there we thought it would be a great idea
to take some pictures of the cousins. Well as you will see
we had big dreams and the kids did not want them to
come true. I love all the different expressions in the
"cousins" pictures. We may not have captured the perfect
picture with all smiles, but we sure captured the moment!

After trying several on the couch we decided to try
a different spot. However here is a quick snap shot of
our four on Christmas day. Merry Christmas!!!!

The four older boys..Luke, Josh, Nathaniel, & Noah

All seven cousins...don't they look
thrilled? I love all the different
faces in this picture. Sarah captured
a much better shot of this moment,
but this is what I happened to capture.

And we are done...as you can see.

Let's try a few individuals. Charming as usual!

Excitement in its pure form!

Noah with his awesome new game!

Cari is an old pro at this smiling-posing thing.

Cari, being the mothering type, was
happy to calm some rowdy little boys
down with a story. Sarah and I
were very thankful for this time.

While we were there Great-Grandma Poach was able
to come out for a visit from California. Her daughter
Connie also came, but was very camera shy. We are so
thankful for this visit with them. We haven't been able
to make it to California yet, so this was a special visit.

A favorite past-time with Grandma
Reinert...story time! She is the best
book reader. My kids could sit for
hours with Grandma while she reads.

Grandma with my boys!

Beautiful Great-Grandma!
Just the girls. There is no doubt Cari is
related to these two beautiful women.
It has been a very long time since
Rob has had a picture with his
Grandma. As a little boy Rob
was known to say, "No Gaga,
Obbie do, Obbie do!"
And even Allie found herself another
fireplace to warm up by...even if
we were in New Mexico.
We had a wonderful time visiting with aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. We love you guys very much and already miss you!
