Former PK's

What do three former pastor's kids (PK) do with some sticks and spare time? Make a cross. The kids were playing outside when Rob called me to come and "see". We stood and watched (through our dining room window) our kids construct a cross. These were the property sticks used to mark the property line. On the stick was some very useful orange ribbon. They used the ribbon to tie the sticks together. Noah even went in search of flowers to adorn their cross. Their efforts were amazing. We decided to poke our heads out and ask them what they were doing. Their answer: we are making a cross so that everyone can know about Jesus. Innocence at its best!

However it did resemble a roadside cross, so we took it down and explained to the kids that we didn't want any one to think someone had died here. They were a bit confused, but very understanding.
