A few words on January....

For all you resolutions setters out there, come to Fort Wayne in January. It is the most dreary month. It's colder than cold and just plain stinks. Resolutions, what are those? In our household if we survive a day of January, that is enough to cause some excitement. Can you tell I'm ready for spring and just maybe a bit of sunshine? Oh where, oh where did our beautiful sun go? Oh where oh where could it be?

How is it possible that I'm already behind (in my head) on my blogging. I have posts in mind, but haven't taken the time to put them up. Why is that, you ask? Well because I'm obsessing with organizing and cleaning out every little bit of our house. But, I'm not there yet. If nothing else, being stuck inside forced to stare at all the messes we have created has helped me to use some energy towards fixing these problems. I'm calling it vitamin D deficiency since we have no vitamin D to speak of around here. Symptoms: crankiness, wanting to stay in cozy warm blankets and pj's all day, obsessive compulsive need to organize and clean, however rarely having the energy complete 80% of what you set out to accomplish.

A side note: Please excuse the mess of my blog until I figure out all the little glitches. I am very technically challenged as you can clearly see. If any one can tell me why my header picture looks digitized, please let me know. I have never had this issue before. If I have these problems fixed by the time you read this, I know you seldom visit...just kidding!!!
