Merry Christmas 2010

As the year 2010 draws to a close, I begin to wonder where another year has gone. Going back to January we were just coming home from a trip to NM, deciding that the next Christmas would be spent at home. Little did we know what that would mean. In February, we stumbled across an incredible opportunity (aka deal) to build a home. Well we don't sit around and ponder things for too long, most of you know that. We just jumped right in and decided that just maybe we might make it in this house for longer than two years (keeping our fingers crossed). We moved in in June and then crashed!!! This moved wiped us out, or all of the other ones finally caught up to us. We still have lots of work to do, but we are in and enjoying being home owners once again. In August, the kids started school. They have had a great year so far and we have been pleasantly surprised. I am amazed at all of the wonderful activities/events the school offers as well as the parent involvement/support. It's nice to see a public school so different from what you "hear". Then our latest adventure has been the addition of our new puppy, Max. We have all enjoyed Max with his cute puppy looks and his big clumsy paws. However, I think Allie is the happiest...she loves her new bud! As the year went by we have continued to adjust to our new life. We still miss our friends in Cheyenne dearly, however the Lord is helping us to slowly mold into our new community. Our big lesson: it takes time and patience!! Things don't happen according to "our" plan. We are constantly reminded that the Lord is in charge and He provides all things in due time. He has graciously blessed our family. We pray for each of you that your upcoming year brings you much happiness. Treasure the simple moments in life! Merry Christmas from our home to yours!

We love our new pj's Grandpa and Grandma Reinert!!

Gingerbread, or should I say Graham cracker fun!

They will be much more fun to eat!

We love you!! Merry Christmas!!!
